BEAT Solutions supported long-term clients Metis Homes with pre-planning energy and sustainability consultancy to support the planning application. Once planning permission was granted, we worked with the design and construction to deliver SAP10 calculations for building regulation compliance. During the construction process we also supported the construction team with onsite air permeability testing on all plots.
