NHS Extension | Isle of Wight

Appointed by Mountjoy Ltd on an important project at the NHS St Mary's Hospital in Newport, Isle of Wight. Our role involved producing the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for the new extension and upgraded facilities. This project included a Community Diagnostics Centre extension and the conversion of existing spaces into a modern Fracture Clinic with new mechanical and electrical installations. Our team meticulously collated the necessary data to ensure a smooth and accurate EPC rating process, contributing to the project's successful completion. We are proud to support the development of such vital healthcare infrastructure.
