A traditional, masonry built, 2 bed cottage has recently finished construction in Kings Worthy, Winchester. BEAT Solutions were proud to be appointed to complete all the required energy compliance services on this project.

After producing the As Designed SAP Calculations along with the Water Calculation at the design stage, we attended site to complete the Air Permeability Test and Extract Ventilation Test. By completing the whole service package we were able to provide certification to the client within two hours of leaving site. Making a speedy and successful building control sign off.
