Stage 2 - Detailed Review
Once the client, designer or contractor has specified all the water usage fixtures and fittings using the Water Calculation form (a copy of which will be sent to you after checkout).
We will conduct a detailed review to the proposed to ensure compliance with the site requirements detailed above. This review must be undertaken by us prior to any orders being placed and any fixtures or fittings being installed. Failure to do so may result in non-compliance, costly abortive works on site and additional charges. Additionally, this report can be submitted to Building Control to demonstrate conditional compliance with Part G of the building regulations.
Price is per plot and includes one calculation report. For multiple plots adjust quantity in cart before checkout.
Express turnaround times are usually within 24-48hrs from receipt of completed water form. The form will be issued after checkout. If your not in a hurry, feel free to use our standard 3-5 day turnaround service.
